GENERAL TERMS
	1) Every order received is reviewed by one of our team and so there may be a short delay before it is processed.
	2) Prices are quoted excluding postage and packing (see below).
	3) If the dosage form and/or size are not specified, the defaults will be tablets and 7g respectively.
	4) We will not accept returns of any goods correctly supplied as ordered.
	5) All retail and overseas orders to be paid in advance of dispatch.
	6) We reserve the right to request advance payment for any order.
	PLEASE NOTE: Trade orders submitted via the website will be charged at agreed rates and the trade minimum charge will apply.
SHIPPING TERMS
	1) UK remedy orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked24 service which can take up to 3 business days though most clients report next day delivery.
	2) Flat rate of £4.59 for postage & packing in the UK up to £75 then free of charge.
	3) For overseas orders p&p is £7.95 then airmail pro rata with tracked services available depending on the destination country at a surcharge of £7.95  (£9.95 for the USA). Please note that we cannot be responsible for non-delivery, delay or charges due to customs and by proceeding with the order you are accepting these terms without recourse.
