Please Note: Errors or omissions should be reported within 3 days of receipt. Each item is prepared individually for each specific request and therefore we cannot replace items correctly supplied as ordered. We take no responsibility for delay, loss, charges or customs related issues incurred in transit. Please read the notes below and the full terms before placing an order. Our responsibility to the order will be deemed to have been met in full at the time of dispatch. By submitting your order, you are accepting these terms without recourse

5. Transmit order

Important Notes - see full terms here.
1) If the dosage form and/or size are not specified, the defaults will be tablets and 7g respectively.
2) Trade and professional clients with credit accounts should select the "invoice" payment option and ensure account reference is entered in the box above. Please note that the usual minimum charge and order terms apply for your account. Your invoice will be either inside the envelope or attached to the front in a plastic document pocket - do not discard. Overseas clients do not require accounts.
3) Retail clients - UK p&p £4.79 flat rate up to £75 then free. Overseas at cost (min £7.95). Tracking is surcharged at £7.95 (£9.95 for the USA). For high value overseas orders, tracking will be added by default - this may be removed prior to payment if preferred. Note that if tracking is not included then no tracking or dispatch confirmation will be available.
4) All retail and overseas orders to be paid in advance of dispatch - we will email you with payment procedures.
5) We reserve the right to request advance payment for any order.
6) Please note that we are unable to send remedies to some countries, including but not limited to India, Pakistan and Russia
